OBJECTIVES: At daily clinical diagnostics test, it is very important to judge whose each specimen it is.Incase of performing individual discrimination of specimens,we can think that it is good to photograph faces in order to discriminate individuals of test subjects. So just by investigating the changes by making facial portraits by photographing faces with CCDcamera,by discriminating individuals and by including simple photographing systems in personal computers to determine wheather individual discrimination of judged specimens succeeds to be practicable. METHODS: It can be performed by joining CCD camera with personal computers, through softwares that took in portraits,by taking in portraits,by adjusting shades of portraits to signals, then by dividing it in two kinds,.By letting indicate that 1.shadowy directions were ¡°1¡±. 2.Light direction were ¡°0¡±. Then by forming a line of both ¡°0¡± and ¡°1¡± and by including systems that express facial portraits by both ¡°0¡± and ¡°1¡± in personal computers. RESULT: As a results of expressing the man¡¯s facial portraits by shades of both ¡°0¡± and ¡°1¡±,man¡¯s facial portraits formed a line of shades of both ¡°0¡± and ¡°1¡± and at the both the same man and the same position,in comparing the first time with the second time, coincided almost closely. But when photographing position changed, somewhat slipped out rows of both ¡°0¡± and ¡°1¡±And when man changed as well, somewhat slipped out rows of both ¡°0¡± and ¡°1¡±. CONCLUSION: By using CCD camera, individual discrimination by facial portraits seems to be well practicable. Therefore by using cellular phones as well, individual discrimination seems to be well practicable. At clinical diagnostic tests,if we introduce these CCD camera, ondividual discrimination of specimens seems to be effectively practicableby using that of this facial portraits.</span><span style="font-family:arial;">"</span><br /><br /><a style="font-family: arial;" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpy2scUe2jqwZDHnbDUB6AD4f-azRukTW_RC97bdGZLHIP-AauduipYv0dIuYivf7wOqjUcBUGfyfnZE-Cfh0sQAQoUnNFzG3qBmqBX3kn01RkSVh0CwD1q4BzGfQYVR0z9XyHS-apboPc/s1600-h/review_ccd.png"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 381px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhpy2scUe2jqwZDHnbDUB6AD4f-azRukTW_RC97bdGZLHIP-AauduipYv0dIuYivf7wOqjUcBUGfyfnZE-Cfh0sQAQoUnNFzG3qBmqBX3kn01RkSVh0CwD1q4BzGfQYVR0z9XyHS-apboPc/s400/review_ccd.png" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5291228516632594114" border="0" /></a><br /><span style=";font-family:arial;font-size:100%;" > It seems that none of the organizing committee members has ever opened the document before sending it to the reviewer. Even my request if we really need to pay the fee resulted in the following answer:<br /><br /><span style="font-style: italic;">cite@highsci.org wrote:</span><br /><span style="font-style: italic;">Dear Herbert, </span><br /><span style="font-style: italic;">Thank you for your attention and support to our conference. Drop the whole thing or bite the bullet and pay 400$? We decided to pay. During the next week we collected some money and wanted to register for the conference. But... Yes there is a but. The payment system was only in Chinese and didn't work out for us. Furthermore there was an error message we couldn't understand in the beginning "通知. 尊敬的环迅用户: 因系统升级,深圳发展银行与2008年8月15日16:00至8月20日暂停网上支付。由此给您带来的不便,敬请谅解". If you are not familiar with Chinese characters, it means something like the system is not running at the moment. Please try again later.<br /><br />So we contacted the conference team and they told us to try it again a couple of days later. But still, no way for us to pay the fee. More days passed by and we wrote another email. And another email and another email. It is recommended that the authors should develop ideas more cogently, organizes them more logically, and connects them with clear transitions.</span>Schlangemannhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00360753176026434080noreply@blogger.com28tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-442630614218754432.post-87994523997518065232008-08-06T02:00:00.000+02:002008-12-26T21:08:11.373+01:00Finally we got the acceptance notification<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9njUU0bhoOfmbsZp_QbmlmbCYZMuxZ0QvM4ghSz4M1h8v6pmnhD2tlpAkAhhIjk9BEUAKiSizKnamB6fsedBIMg7MUvOHI5001i0Y3iveezkcJW6EdL3seZKeYxrwcqxYsMvrVNspi0Pf/s1600-h/csse_acceptance.png"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 179px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9njUU0bhoOfmbsZp_QbmlmbCYZMuxZ0QvM4ghSz4M1h8v6pmnhD2tlpAkAhhIjk9BEUAKiSizKnamB6fsedBIMg7MUvOHI5001i0Y3iveezkcJW6EdL3seZKeYxrwcqxYsMvrVNspi0Pf/s320/csse_acceptance.png" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5284186926599835538" border="0" /></a><span style="font-size:85%;"><br /><br /></span><span style="font-style: italic;font-size:100%;" ><span style="font-family:arial;">cite@highsci.org wrote:</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;">Dear Author,</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:arial;">Thanks for your submission to the CITE 2008. An awesome paper titled: "Towards the Simulation of E-Commerce", sounds perfect for a computer science conference.</span><br /><br /></span><span style="font-size:100%;"><span style="font-family:arial;">ABSTRACT</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;">Recent advances in cooperative technology and classical communication are based entirely on the assumption that the Internet and active networks are not in conflict with object-oriented languages. In fact, few information theorists would disagree with the visualization of</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;">DHTs that made refining and possibly simulating 8 bit architectures a reality, which embodies the compelling principles of electrical engineering [19]. In this work we better understand how digital-to-analog converters can be applied to the development of e-commerce.<br /><br /></span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjH4UkVqCuC7GPXeTxO-l5hlN85d8_35AiTZ45n7_TK-Nj9O41S9HtBwiYFt4GEjpfIKOMD9Y9P5ZASrKV8hZMhbQzJ9LkvPb9l9waWGFeSIBTqcg9ljbuk62TQ4SKIAnqI6P8MQt8-LHV2/s1600-h/paper1.png"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 380px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjH4UkVqCuC7GPXeTxO-l5hlN85d8_35AiTZ45n7_TK-Nj9O41S9HtBwiYFt4GEjpfIKOMD9Y9P5ZASrKV8hZMhbQzJ9LkvPb9l9waWGFeSIBTqcg9ljbuk62TQ4SKIAnqI6P8MQt8-LHV2/s400/paper1.png" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5284197209614141426" border="0" /></a><br /></span>Schlangemannhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00360753176026434080noreply@blogger.com12tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-442630614218754432.post-24638692890008092952008-05-12T20:01:00.001+02:002008-12-29T01:39:44.321+01:00Der Schlangemann<span style="font-size:100%;"><span style="font-family:arial;">After it felt like receiving one call-for-paper email per hour this week I decided to write a paper...
